A Marine's daughter is killed by her sadistic boyfriend. The guy calls someone to help him and they're stopped by the police but they claim to have diplomatic immunity. The cop arrests them anyway and when the Marine learns of what happened is gets upset. He then asks the government to do something but because the country where he is from is an ally to the U.S. they say they can't do anything.
