Maya, the king's relative, is chosen as the heir to the throne but her father is against the idea owing to her fiance who looks after them. However, her uncle devises a plot to send her to the palace.

Maya, a distant relative of the Maharaja has been chosen to get adopted to the palace. But her father has one strong reason not to go for it - her fiance Appu. Appu is like their family member, who looks after everyone in Maya's family. Maya's uncle, dreaming of the fortune coming, develops a plan to make Maya hate Appu. He succeeds in that and Maya is adopted to the palace. Appu, with his close friend Mani decides to save her from the palace. They get into the palace pretending as a distant relative of the Maharaja.
