What happens when non-farmers grow corn in the middle of a college campus? In the summer of 2008, students, faculty and staff at Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania, put writer Michael Pollan's book THE OMNIVORE'S DILEMMA into practice by growing a small corn crop on their campus quadrangle.
