Dhulo is a story of a Nepalese father (Surya Bahadur), a cart puller living in slum who toils to raise his son (Marje Bahadur) giving better education despite all adversities and impoverished circumstances but his son wants to be a conductor (Khalasi). Will he emerge victorious? Dhulo is an illustration of a Nepalese labor class life style that is also socially isolated.
