The show centers on a team of doctors in a hospital in Karachi and revolves around their routines at the hospital and their private lives at home.

The Story revolves around a Middle aged bachelor Doctor, his emotional conflicts arising out of a secret kept by his adopted parent. The story progresses to involve a young vivacious new doctor who joins under him, and is awed by the protagonist's aura as a renowned paediatrician and the the learnings she gets from him as her boss. The story brings the two main characters close to each other inspite of their age difference. Some more twists intertwined in their personal lives as well as strong presence of some interesting supporting characters make the story a wholesome tale.
