In a village, a boy named Bhalya is often bullied and teased by his schoolmates for he being dull in the studies. Even Vicky, the spoilt son of a wealthy man in the village, Appa Saheb, is always in conflict with him . They often fight with each other but when caught, punishment is given only to Bhalya. That's why Bhalya doesn't have many friends. However, he loves a goat in his house to which he has named Badshah. Badshah is the world for him. Bhalya's father, Sada Lohar works extremely hard for the living. Since Bhalya doesn't have mother, it is difficult for him to take care of this child but he is performing his duty happily.
