Devi, a snake goddess, stays on earth to protect the girl whose father saved her life from greedy relatives and from the snake demon, Dantra.
Devi, a snake goddess who can change between snake and human female forms, comes to earth where she is attacked by Dantra, a snake demon, but she is saved by Thakur, an old man whose family deity is the snake goddess, so Dantur kills him. Thakur's orphan daughter Sunita inherits his fortune but her evil relatives conspire to take it from her. Instead of returning to the realm of snakes, Devi stays on earth to protect Sunita from them and to fight Dantra who wants to torent Sunita because he cannot defeat Devi.
