Jens Clausen (aka "Skipper") is a school teacher in Copenhagen. All his life he has fought and worked for the children's cause, and now he is calling a big rally to appeal to parents to pay more attention to their children and to take better care of them. The film shows some of the fates among children and young people, which Jens Clausen talks about at the meeting.
