Jennifer is a marketing guru who dreams up the ticket to Christmas sales!

Jennifer, a young, ambitious executive running promotions at a failing Boston mall comes up with a genius promotional gimmick to save her workplace and position herself for advancement: hold a "Hunky Santa" contest to replace the old Mall Santa. David, a local man trying to save his family's pizzeria, ultimately wins the contest and sparks fly between him and Jennifer. Med student David Morretti can't stand by now his father's heart is to be broken by the family Boston pizzeria being about to be dispossessed by the city for a skyscraper. So he enters and surprisingly wins, by showing some skin, the competition for sexy young Santa at the ailing local mall. Thus he becomes the charge of its ambitious junior manager Jennifer Walker, who hopes to win a promotion, impress her lover and superior Neal McCormick and, as she soon learns, prevent the mall being closed.
