In this highly stylized tropical thriller, São Paulo is a city where the rich are black and the poor are white. Oscar, an ambitious lawyer of the black elite, accepts a job to deliver mobile phones in a prison for a member of the "Crime Foundation". He is robbed in traffic, loses the cell phone and finds himself being chased in a complex plot and in a relentless chase, while the "Crime Foundation" attacks the city. "Desert World of Black Souls" is the first feature film of director Ruy Veridiano.
