On 8 November 1939 a timebomb exploded in the Burgerbräukeller in Munich. This bomb was meant for Adolf Hitler but he left only 11 minutes before the explosion. The bomb-maker (Georg Elser, played by Fritz Hollenbeck) was arrested and the authorities couldn't believe that only this furniture maker was responsible for this attack.—biepmiep
