The East Side of Los Angeles, known for its drugs, violence and corruption is about to go to war. This Time, however, it's between two childhood friends who are forced to face a secret so deep that it has kept them apart for 15 years. Luis Ruiz, a former gang leader, is on the verge of getting out but his younger brother, Carlos, will not allow it.
