A dark comedy about recently deceased souls awaiting judgment in Purgatory.

Death Interrupted follows along allegorical story-lines which take place in Purgatory, the spiritual plane where souls arrive for judgment. The series begins with the deaths of Joan (Charity Rahmer) and Mary (Nicci Faires), two new spirits entering into their post-lives. As they find their way in a new world with the help of their spirit guide Dumah (Cecelia Specht) , Joan and Mary learn that death is not very different than life. Dumah is visited by an old soul from the past, causing anarchy in Purgatory.—Anonymous
