After the unscrupulous banker Herrmann Wagner has taken over the powerful multinational software company Scynetech by means of blackmail and murder, he considers his wildest dreams having come true. He immediately starts to develop V.M.E. 3000, the ultimate program for controlling the Internet. As soon as the program works he will have control over virtually every computer in the world. Martin Talmann, his former bodyguard who has changed sides is the only one who can get in the way of Wagner's megalomaniac plans. Together with the smart and enchanting Karen Benedikt, who has become aware of the potential threat consisting in V.M.E. 3000, and a small group of bold fighters he invades the software factory.
