A photographer named Kitty (Susan Scott) accidentally catches a glimpse through a tourist telescope of a woman's savage homicide through the window of a nearby house. She is unable to get a clear view of the killer's face, but she still reports the incident to the police. However, other witnesses who saw the killer flee are soon found brutally murdered.
