In 2006, Sanada Rio (Yoshitaka Yuriko) becomes entangled in a crime. Fifteen years later, she is the president of a successful drug development company when she is involved in a murder case.

A suspense love story centered around Rio Sanada, a businesswoman who suddenly became an important reference for a murder case; a detective who is Rio's first love and is trying to pursue the truth of the case; and a lawyer who wants to protect Rio by all means. Back in 2006, a disappearance case happened in a peaceful town where Rio grew up in. Fifteen years later, the person involved in the case appeared in front of Rio, who has now become a leading businesswoman. This caused Rio to suddenly remember the things that should have been sealed in her memory.
