Two school Pen Pals Rena Lee and John Nolan go through a challenging journey of personal growth and self development. Rena falls into an abusive relationship that her friends try to help her get out of, while John goes through one bad relationship to the next. Through their love of skateboarding they grow closer only to discover that the person they only knew through a computer was the right one for them.
