When Leo hits the road to fulfill his dream of becoming a serial killer, he is elated to run into his hero, veteran psychopath "The Lobotomist". The Lobotomist agrees to become Leo's "extreme life coach". But when the two pick up an unsuspecting pair of hitchhikers, and start planning how to dispose of them, Leo quickly reassess his goals, leading to a dramatic showdown.
