A variety/talk show hosted by Danny Williams on KTVY, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA from 1967 until 1984. From 1976 until 1979, the show was co-hosted by Mary Hart. On the show, Williams and Hart interviewed major motion picture and television stars, and introduced local and national talent. Danny interviewed everyone who was anyone from President Lyndon Johnson to Shirley MacLaine. During the 1970's, several artists who became national figures, broke in their act or developed their craft on "Dannysday", including the "Oak Ridge Boys", Danny Cooksey, Argus Hamilton and "Entertainment Tonight's". In 1984, "Dannysday" finished it's seventeen year run, Dan returned to radio, producing and hosting the morning show on KEBC Radio.—Paul Gerard Kennedy
