Emmanuel (George Davidson) is an assassin who goes against the order of Contractor X (GuGu E. Michaels) and refuses to carry out a hit placed on Senator Kingston. Emmanuel is forced to turn a homeless man, Samuel (Leo U' Che) into the perfect killer. The deadly duo forms an alliance with Senator Kingston and to go after Contractor X.
