Anna suffers an attack and an abuse by her father-in-law. But when she overcomes her fear and tells the story her husband, he does not believe her but sets her under psychatric treatment.

Lawyer Mark Forbes has been patient with wife Anna, but is easily convinced she needs psychiatric care when she accuses his father Dennis of repeatedly molesting her. When the police finds evidence Anna stole and pawned things from Dennis's home, she's collocated in a psych ward.
