In a near future, mankind has moved from a drained Earth to the Moon. Rebel acts of terrorism lead to conflicts with the Earth Federal Government. A mysterious entity called Dallos appears to restore hope.

A story set in the near future. Humanity has nearly exhausted the Earth's natural resources, and its economy currently relies on mining colonies located on the Earth's Moon. The colonists feel mistreated by the decisions of the Earth's Federal Government and a rebellion breaks out. There is a generation gap between the older colonists who were born on Earth, and the younger colonists who were born on the Moon.
