Daffy Duck tries to go into the government to make a law stating that Rabbit Season shall be a minimum of 12 months, while Bugs tries to stop him by means of the U.S. constitution.

Daffy Duck is up to his old tricks again as he runs for President to eliminate rabbits. However, Bugs Bunny is ready for him as he gives the Duck an education in the various provisions of the Constitution of the United States even as Daffy experiences first hand the checks and balances concept of the federal government's separation of powers.—Kenneth Chisholm ([email protected])
