Cowboy radio star Steve Travers (Charles Starrett) receives a government assignment to investigate acts of sabotage in Cyclone Prairie. With his pal Cannonball (Dub Taylor) and Jimmy Wakely's Saddle Pal musicians, they obtain jobs in a restaurant owned by Lola (Constance Worth), one of the suspected members of the Nazi sabotage ring.
