Delivering horses, Stan Bradford gets caught up in Cobb Wayne's attempt to stop Jeff Corbin from completing the telephone line. If Corbin fails to meet the deadline, Wayne can take over. Stan Bradford (Tim Holt) and his pals Smokey (Ray Whitley) and Whopper Hatch (Lee 'Lasses' White) arrive in the town of Valley City with a herd of horses meant for Jeff Corbin (Dennis Moore), a construction engineer who must meet a deadline for completing a telephone line to the town or lose the contract.
