Six young business professionals from around the world break away fromthe standard holiday trip and embark on a gruelling 728km cycling journeyacross Sri Lanka through the tsunami affected south all the way to the civilwar ravaged north, hoping to shatter stereotypes and encourage unity.

Led by a quiet Singaporean banker eager to do more, the cycling groupencounters a remote cross section of Sri Lanka through the eyes of localswho have struggled through poverty, natural disasters and 30-year ethnicwar. Off the tourist route, these stories come from an old gem miner whostarted as boy, teenagers that lost their families as young children in thehorrific tsunami, as well as refugee Tamil farmers rebuilding after a longbloody conflict.
