William Adams and Johnny, first cousins who grew up like brothers get their bond rocked in this drama/suspense story.

William Adams is a wealthy businessman who is married to a beautiful woman named Dezire. Will's only unfulfilled achievement is having a child to carry on his bloodline. After many failed attempts, he grows desperate and increasingly obsessed with having a son. He quickly dismisses all notions of adoption, in vitro fertilization and non-blood related sperm donors. Will has no brothers and the only one even close is his cousin Johnny, a charismatic, well-respected figure in the city. A plan is forged to have Johnny to help, but Will soon realizes that this plan carries grave consequences.
