A well-meaning man tries to convince the inhabitants of a small village who are busy gossiping about the new girl in the village to support his plan to build a tunnel that would connect their village to the sea. Things go horribly wrong.

The peace of a small fishing village is shattered by the coming of a stunningly-beautiful young lady. She intends to live in her father's house, but it has become a pub. From that moment her revenge begins: toying with people and their interests and passions. To this comic-erotic dimension a lyric element is added: her relationship with a local musician.
