In 1997, the Havana is stricken by a series of attacks which have as their objectives crowded places to sow panic among tourists. Becomes the victim was a young Italian businessman, Fabio Di Celmo. Perpetrator of the attacks is Cruz Leon, but their creator is Luis Posada Carriles, chemical explosives expert trained by the CIA in the fight against the guerrillas, accused of having links with the Cuban-American mafia. The film reconstructs the preparation and execution of the attacks according to the confessions of the same Cruz Leon, who attaches a central role in the Cuban-American National Foundation, and the United States.—IvanWong
