An American student studying in Australia mistakenly gets involved with a mysterious and unhinged girl while house-sitting for a rich family on vacation.
Julian, 20, an American exchange student and disgraced Tae Kwon Do champion is seduced by a mysterious and beautiful woman, Anna, 19, whilst house-sitting a lavish mansion in Perth, Australia.
