Okanagan cherry pickers and growers discuss their experiences with physical labour, climate change, inter generational farming, and sustainability from the perspective of growing and harvesting fruit.

'Cream of the Crop' is a CBC Creator Network series that highlights nine individuals in the trade of growing, picking and packing fruit in the Okanagan Valley. For many, picking fruit provides a seasonal livelihood. It can be a rite of passage, an adventure or a life-long vocation. For others, the income is a necessity to support their families outside of Canada. The workers detail their experiences and perspectives in this a "day-in-the-life" look at a small-scale agriculture operation.
