Young Lucas (Paulo Sousa) lives with the religious aunt Lourdes (Juliana Zancanaro) in a quiet country town. He helps his aunt at a prayer group she holds in the living room by playing religious music on his keyboard. This tranquil existence, however, has its days numbered when the aunt announces the impending arrival of another nephew, Mario (Thiago Cazado), just out of jail.
