A country singer finds love when she collaborates with a former pop star on a Christmas album.

Country singer Tess' record company wants her to record a Christmas album. Not only that, but they also want her to collaborate on it with pop star Derek, who broke through in a successful boy band. Tess' daughter, who idolizes Derek, is enthusiastic, but Tess is hesitant. In fact, both Tess and Derek are skeptical about the project as their styles are so different.
