A team of specialists is dispatched to protect the leader of a Middle Eastern country from a neighboring dictator who has designs on his country.

When an Arab dictator is running wild, the U.S. intelligence community back the opposition leader. When a few attempts are made on the dictator, he blames the opposition leader and sets out to kill him.
