A retired police inspector is stricken with Alzheimer's and decides to move into a residential clinic where he is puzzled by the sudden deaths of several patients.

After realizing he finds it hard to manage alone and not to be dependent upon his son Thomas any more, retired police inspector Charles Boyer, who suffers from Alzheimer's, decides to leave his apartment and move into The Residence, a clinic treating neuro-degenerative illnesses. But he is puzzled when several patients around him die unexpectedly. Is it a delusion of his disturbed mind or are murders really being committed? This will be the object of Charles' most difficult investigation ever.—Guy Bellinger

The retired police inspector Charles Boyer has Alzheimer's disease and is taken by his son Thomas to the nursing home The Residence. Charles uses a notebook with his observations and he has one night stand with the nymphomaniac patient Carole Rothmann in his room in the clinic. On the next morning, Carole vanishes and soon he learns that she had died of heart attack. A further research shows Charles that a great number of patients have recently died in the clinic. Charles decides to investigate whether his disturbed mind is delusional or whether there is a serial killer in the clinic.—Claudio Carvalho, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
