Beto (David Cardoso) is expelled from the lands where he works, when the landlord finds him in bed with his daughter. He moves to the great city of São Paulo and, without having a former profession and not able to find a job, he becomes a prostitute, having sex with gays. After meeting and falling in love for a journalist, he tries to have a regular life, but his past haunts him.
