A ghetto-born martial arts student must choose between college, with its rigors and deprivation, and the world heavyweight kickboxing championship, with its glamour and gorgeous babes.

Anthony "Amp" Elmore both directed and stars in this urban drama about a young man looking to make something of himself and make his way out of the ghetto. He takes up kickboxing and soon discovers he has the skills of a champion, but honing his talent to the point where he can become a serious competitor is a struggle against long odds.
