A retiring administrative chief of operations for the mentally challenged, visits one of the residential care facilities to discover all hell has broken loose. Some of the patients have escaped. The staff are in despair head office will close them down. To avoid blemishing his perfect record, the doctor is accompanied by an orderly on the search for the missing residents.—Chas Burns
