Summaries

The neighborhood La Estrella, in Bogotá, is inhabited by families displaced by the violence. Before the event which is the arrival of the electric light, that night there is a celebration. Synopsis

In a poor neighborhood of Bogotá, highlights two families who are friends and neighbors; the Brochero and the Cristancho. Both families and whole neighbourhood waiting forward the arrival of the electric light, which reaches around the neighborhood with joy.

Despite not having even the energy meters, required for electrical energy in homes, whole neighborhood steals energy from the main post to their homes, something completely illegal and something in which the aedile Kennedy is not in agreement.

The family Brochero and Cristancho family during the film fall into several incidents and jokes which alienates both families, divides the district into 2 and triggering a tragedy, showing thus the evil of intolerance.
