Comedy After Dark was a talk/variety show that aired from 1992-1994 on TCI Cable in Connecticut. It was created by Mike M Burke and John Landolfi while in study hall in High School. The show contained a standard talk show format with a small stage, talk show desk, band area, and small audience in the basement of Mike's childhood home. Each week the show featured a monologue by comedian and host Mike M Burke, comedy sketches, political satire, musical performances, and guests. The series was an instant hit with teens and adults alike becoming the number one most popular show on the station. Mike chose to end the series after reaching their milestone 100th episode on June 25th, 1994.—Cecilia Ray
