Several young black girls have disappeared and been murdered at the hands of a calculating serial killer known as The Toymaker. Detective Maya Williams is determined to bring the killer to justice alongside her partner, Detective Brian Collier. As the case begins to hit too close to home, Maya and Brian realize that in order to stop this killer they'll have to sacrifice everything including the badge and possibly their lives.
