Color Blind is the story of three friends growing up in the rough, inner city. Jeffery an African-American young boy and his father, an aspiring surgeon, quickly befriend J.C. and his family, recently arrived Asian immigrants.

Growing up in a rough urban neighborhood, African-American teenager Jeffrey (Stephan Scott) and his Asian neighbor J.C. (Kenneth Lee Schelble) help each other cling to hope of a better life and also serve as a lifeline to Joey (Bobby Lefrebe), a boy who faces abuse grinding poverty at his home. Together, the three youths keep one another focused on a brighter future amid the violence and temptations of the streets.—Larry B.
