Arsene is a young, prolific inventor. He owns a Toy Company that specializes in autistic children. He's also got a childhood friend, Sebastien, who is always getting him into trouble. Seb is going to ask Arsene to deliver a very special package to a rich customer, this package contains an all new kind of cocaine, mixed with the ashes of a dead granny. By accident, the package breaks open and the contents of the package go into Arsene's face. He's now becoming a new villain wearing a latex mask and dress. We call him the "COCAINE GRANNY"!
