A bratty 10-year-old boy is obsessed with visiting a dinosaur-themed amusement park. His uptight uncle takes the wily tyke in for a week, and barely lives to regret it.

Clifford is sent to visit his uncle Martin in Los Angeles while his parents attend a business trip. Clifford has an obsession to go to a theme park called Dinosaur World which Uncle Martin promises to take him to.
