Based on the story by E.T.A Hoffman and the ballet by Pyotyr Illich Tchaikovsky, a 16-year-old orphan girl named Clara is celebrating Christmas with her younger brother, Fritz and her Aunt Drosselmeyer when a nutcracker mysteriously appears at her doorstep.
