Five ex-soldiers go to a small town in Oregon to help a friend investigate the murder of his brother.

Jim (Gary Busey) is returning to his hometown after a tour in Desert Storm. Before he arrives, his brother Stoney is murdered by local thugs. The murder is reported as an accident. Jim phones his friend Beach (Yaphet Kotto) who rolls into town with several of their old biker buddies. Jim begins to believe that perhaps Stoney was murdered, but his investigation is not appreciated by the local sheriff and his deputy.—Ken Miller <[email protected]>
