Edwards originally hosted Chiller Theater as "Dr. Igor" for WQAD-TV, Channel 8, Moline, Illinois from 1963 to 1965. When he moved to Denver, Colorado in 1965, he reprised his character "Dr. Igor" for KCTO-TV Channel 2.—The Professor
