Where it is Halloween all year long! In the grand tradition of horror hosts from the golden age of TV horror, Chiller Cinema is hosted by that mad scientist, Dr. Gangrene.

Chiller Cinema was a 30 minute program featuring a variety of features and items of interest to the horror community. Broadcast weekly for three years between 1999 and 2002, the show won several awards, including being named by Gear Magazine as the 11th best Public Access show in the United States. It eventually spun-off into a second show, the "Mad Movie of the Week", featuring Dr. Gangrene hosting entire old public domain horror movies.—Anonymous
