Bheem and his gang travel to the past to king Damyaan and stop him from being immortal.
An asteroid passes by Earth and illuminates a specific portion of India, which contains the magical prison of an ancient demon called Damyaan. The light from the asteroid gives energy to Damyaan who summons his evil servants including commander of the army Takshika (Navneet Kaur Dhillon), Minister Skandi (Makarand Deshpande), who can shape shift from cobras into human form.Damyaan has been in prison for 1000 years, but to be released he needs the touch of a pure, innocent and mighty warrior. Only such a warrior can open the gates of his divine prison.
In the mystical land of Dholakpur, Bheem (Yagya Bhasin) and his loyal gang live a happy life. The gang includes Kalia (Kabir Sajid), Bholu (Divyam Dawar), Dholu (Daivik Dawar), Chutki (Aashriya Mishra), Raju (Advik Jaiswal) (and his monkey Jaggu (Aryan Khan)) and Princess Indumati (Swarna Pandey).Bheem is a brave warrior who uses his strength to protect the rights of the weak and innocent. Kalia is proud of his strength and uses it to fight an arrogant wrestler Churan Singh (Shaji Choudhary), who challenged the entire village. But Churan Singh turns out to be very powerful and Kalia is not able to defeat him.Tuntun Mausi (Surbhi Tiwari) is Chutki's mother. Bheem's mother (Megha Chilaka) dotes on him.
Raja Indraverma (Sanjay Bishnoi) is Indumati's father and the kind and benevolent ruler of the Kingdom.Meanwhile Takshika and Skandi attack a merchant caravan taking food supplies to Dholakpur. They had selected Bheem as their warrior to release Damyaan and used the merchant caravan to gain entry into the Kingdom.Takshika tries to seduce Indraverma and Skandi presents gifts such as a flying Arabic carpet, and a mirror that turns red in face of danger.
Churan Singh challenges Indraverma directly for a wrestling match, but Bheem accepts the challenge himself. Bheem fights with honor and rules and defeats the unscrupulous Churan Singh. This is seen by Takshika.At night, Takshika sets fire to all crops in Dholakpur. As Indraverma discusses the impending crisis with Bheem, Takshika and Skandi intervene and tell Indraverma about a city buried under the sand called Sonapur. They say Sonapur is made of gold and can help Dholakpur buy its way out of trouble. Skandi says that only a pure warrior like Indraverma can access the city of Sonapur. Indraverma readily agrees, and Bheem and his troupe tags along.
Their caravan reaches the middle of the desert with a copper statue in the shape of huge cobra head jutting out of the ground. Skandi says that this is Sonapur and Indraverma's men start digging.The gang is scared by mad sage Singhala (Chandrashekhar Dutta) who warns Bheem that everything will be destroyed.While digging, Kalia hits crevice leading to everyone falling into an underground chamber. The chamber has the entry to the prison of Damyaan. Indraverma is not able to open the gates, and he orders Bheem to try. Bheem's touch opens the gates, and lifts the entire city out of the ground and to the surface.Damyaan is revealed to be a King Cobra who is released from its prison.
The villainous demon Damyaan (Sumit Keshri), who was granted immortality centuries ago, threatens to wreak havoc upon the world. His dark powers and malevolence pose a grave danger to humanity. Damyaan declares that he will change all humans into snakes by the next new moon night. The gang is imprisoned, but Bheem fights his way out along with his entourage. Bheem frees Indraverma as well.
They find Singhala in prison, who tells them the history of Damyaan. Singhala is last descendant of the city of Sonapur. Singhala says that 1000 years ago Guru Shambhu (Anupam Kher) established Sonapur with the magic book of Magi. Sonapur was the richest city on Earth, which attracted Damyaan. Shambhu allowed Damyaan to stay in the city as he appeared destitute. But Damyaan turned around and stole the book of Magi. With the book, Damyaan took control of Sonapur.Damyaan plans for the 3rd death ritual, which would grant him immortality. Shambhu attacks but he is too late and Damyaan is immortal. Shambhu and his fellow sorcerers sacrifice their life to imprison Damyaan deep within the Earth. Damyaan reveals that his life is now contained in 2 magic rings without which he cannot be destroyed.Singhala says that the book of Magi said that the curse could be broken when all planets were aligned.
Bheem learns that Damyaan's immortality stems from the 3rd death ritual. To save humanity, Bheem must prevent Damyaan from ever completing the ritual.Driven by a sense of duty and courage, Bheem embarks on a daring quest. With the help of a magical time-travel device, Bheem and his friends journey a thousand years back to the ancient city of Sonapur.
In Sonapur, they encounter a world vastly different from their own. The city is under Damyaan's oppressive rule, and its inhabitants suffer greatly. Bheem and the gang meet Shambhu's assistant Gulabchand when they save 2 local kids whose parents were arrested by Damyaan for protesting against him.Damyaan uses his magic to find Bheem's location and sends Takshika to deal with him. Bheem engages Takshika and the demonic soldiers. Gulabchand opens up a portal to take them to Shambhu's hidden location.
Damyaan completes the 2nd death ritual, which creates the 2nd magic ring which contains a piece of his life. Bheem tells Shambhu about how his fight with Damyaan ends with his death and the destruction of Sonapur, and imprisonment of Damyaan.Shambhu changes his strategy and gives special powers to Bheem and his friends. Bheem is given the power to steal a sorcerer's magic. Kalia can get invisible, Dholu and Bholu can multiply, Chukti can summon creepers, Raju has a magic bow and arrow that shows direction, and Jaggu can have a long tail.Shambhu sends Bheem and his friends into the palace to steal Damyaan's rings. The arrow from Raju shows them the way. The friends take the first ring by defeating a large scorpion by using their powers.
Bheem and his friends are captured by Takshika when they go to take the 2nd ring. Bheem uses his powers in front of Damyaan and takes away his magic powers.Post this, Damyaan is a snake-man, and Bheem engages him in 1:1 combat. Damyaan is soundly defeated and Shambhu dispatches him and his demon soldiers for eternity.
Shambhu sends Bheem and his friends to their own time.
