Cher finds herself trapped in a strange building, where various fantasies await her behind each door.

After an opening number featuring women from history (all wearing Bob Mackie fashions), Cher finds herself lost in an abandoned building's atrium. With the help of a mystical sign painter (Elliott Gould) she visits several rooms in the building, where her alter ego encounters Shelley Winters selling tragic stories, a skate maker who lures her with magical red skates, and rooms where Cher performs various musical numbers. Lastly, she encounters a cleaning lady (Lucille Ball) who may be able to show her the way out - with the help of some magic from "Cinderella."—Michael Mooney
